About the Summit
The Global MentorBridge Summit is a hallmark event held annually across the globe, for business owners, startup founders, young leaders, and CEOs with a simple goal — to promote sustainability and knowledge transfer across generations, sectors, and geographies through mentoring, reverse mentoring, and purpose-driven networking.
First launched in 2022 (as BRIDGES), the Global MentorBridge Summit debuted with a dinner event and 3 editions of a business roundtable held across 3 locations within Nigeria. The dinner event had over 60 hand-picked VIP guests in attendance, while the business roundtable (titled “Growth & Structures”) had a total of 100 people in attendance.
The second edition of the Global MentorBridge Summit took place in Lagos, Nigeria, in August 2023 and had over 800 persons in attendance.
The team has since launched the Growth Lounge, which matches willing mentees to mentors for mentorship programs and ongoing support.
